The Effect of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Artificial Intelligence on Defense Industry Performance

چکیده

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect Human Resource Information System (HRIS) on performance defence industry and influence artificial intelligence during disruption era. This study uses a quantitative approach. samples processed were 160 employees. primary data collection technique done by distributing questionnaires respondents. questionnaire Likert scale as measure data. Data analysis was carried out through structural equation modelling with SmartPLS 3.0 software. dependent variable employee variable, independent HRIS job satisfaction variables. results in significance value obtained prove that significantly related performance. more accurate, precise complete application, higher employee's completing their work assignments improving process making human resource decisions systematic procedures, which include collection, storage, maintenance, retrieval, validation. Its strategic plan influences progress utilizing resources quantitatively, understanding environmental conditions can provide an overview future industry. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
